Cely’s Carinderia along Lazatin Blvd. Extension in San Fernando is a well-known spot for classic Filipino comfort food. The dishes taste homemade, flavorful, and satisfying. Some standouts are the crab omelette, adobong balut, and pinapaitan baka — all rich, tasty, and worth trying if you want something special. They also offer desserts, which are a nice way to end the meal. The place gets very busy during mealtimes, with a lively atmosphere that adds to its charm. Parking is very limited, and it can get smoky inside since they grill food right in front of the restaurant. Prices are a bit higher compared to other carinderias, but the quality of the food makes up for it. Overall, Cely’s Carinderia is a great choice if you’re looking for delicious local dishes, sweet treats, and don’t mind a crowded, homey setup.

It was a great lunch and totally worth the dayo up North! I loved their sisig and hito! It may look like a typical canteen to you but it serves some of the best tasting ulams!

Food and service is great. Our favorite is their sisig and is one of the best pork sisig I've tasted. Parking is limited but can be accomodated.

It’s a carinderia. Or a “premium” one at that. There’s good Kapampangan food here. I was happy with the burro, adobong balut, and the grilled catfish. We did go trigger-happy with our orders, but we paid around 550 pesos per person. So it’s by no means priced like your typical carinderia, but the food quality is there. Ambiance — not much. But that’s not why you’re here. It’s the flavor you go to here.

Cely's Carinderia in San Fernando, Pampanga, was a delightful surprise, thanks to my uncle's recommendation. The air-conditioned dining area provided a comfortable setting to savor their delectable dishes. The crab omelet was a flavorful delight. The kilawin na puso ng saging offered a refreshing and unique flavor, and the burong hipon with boiled veggies was a nostalgic treat. However, the star of the show was undoubtedly the sizzling sisig, a mouthwatering concoction of crispy pork bits, onions, and chili peppers. To complement the meal, we enjoyed refreshing buko juice, a local favorite. We concluded our lunch with a sweet indulgence, the tibuk-tibuk dessert. The reasonable prices, attentive staff, and pleasant atmosphere made our dining experience at Cely's Carinderia truly memorable. Great job, and we'll definitely be back for more!

Nice quick meal for dine in or take out. Every dish I’ve tried has been good. Local home cooked tasting meals .

We love this food place since way back 2000s or even 1996. But being away for quite awhile, I returned to their new locations. I like the one in San Fernando better than the one in Angeles City. I still find their prices reasonable, their food almost taste the same as before, no pretentious atmosphere here. It’s air conditioned but no fancy ambiance. Just come to enjoy the Kapampangan homelike cooked foods. For 2 grilled dalag, 1 grilled hito, 2 pako salad, 1 burong isda, 1 kilawin balat kambing, 1 grilled paldewut, pinakbet, 3 cups steamed rice & 3 solo size coke, our bill came up to 1710.
